The Industrial Affairs division of Sanofi (SWI & Sanofi Chimie) includes 17 industrial sites (mostly production and three distribution sites). My main responsibilities (with a strong focus on social relations):

- Advising HR teams across all establishments in the division on all aspects of labor law, both individual and collective (compliance, disciplinary actions, unfitness, occupational accidents and diseases, URSAFF, collective agreements and negotiations...);

- Drafting memos and legal notes for HR or management personnel;

- Managing pre-litigation and litigation in close collaboration with the lawyers responsible for pleading cases;

- Legal watch: monitoring the evolution of legislative and regulatory provisions, as well as case law.

- Organizing and conducting training sessions for company departments;

- Organizing professional elections, drafting electoral protocols, CSE agreements, internal regulations, and implementing electronic voting;

- Participating in collective agreement negotiations as a guarantor of legal compliance.

Croissy is an industrial "Supply" site with 150 employees. As Sanofi's largest export logistics platform, it distributes all of the company's medicines worldwide to Sanofi subsidiaries and third-party clients. Each year, the Croissy site handles:

- Management Committee member and supervision of 2 employees

- Operational support on major projects and change management:

- Social relations: managing employee representative bodies and collective negotiation

- Talent management and performance management: annual review, succession planning, individual development plan, etc.

- Employment: managing recruitment needs and overall supervision

- Guarantee of legislation and implementation of HR programs defined by the Group

- Crisis management in a complex and exposed social context (flooding, strikes, legal disputes, etc.).

Recognizing the need to facilitate access to law for the greatest number of people and to simplify legal matters, which are often too complex for laypeople, the Sceaux Legal Clinic (CJS) was established in January 2016 within the Jean Monnet Faculty. Its purpose is to connect individuals or legal entities, whether private or public, with law students from the Jean Monnet Faculty of Sceaux and legal professionals to provide them with legal assistance. The Clinic also contributes to the training of law students by offering a practical and concrete approach to legal matters.

This purely student-led initiative is voluntary and serves a dual objective: educational and social.

Educational because it allows students to benefit from "learning law based on learning by experience," which perfectly complements the theoretical training provided at the university.

Social because its aim is to simplify law, making it more understandable and clear for those in need.
