Multi-lot planning governance in a demanding nuclear environment. Guarantee of schedule consistency and milestone adherence, management of OPEX routines, definition of responsibilities, support for Work Package Leaders (WPL) towards autonomy, risk and trade-off management, budget governance (forecasts, landings, alerts), formalization of needs, integration of safety/quality and cyber requirements. Drafting/maintenance of multi-disciplinary Quality Assurance Plans (PAQ) and creation of PMP.

Key achievements (ongoing / obtained):

• Control of Hardline planning governance: consolidated critical path, clarified inter-lot dependencies, managed and disseminated re-baselines.

• Structured OPEX routines with ≥95% adherence target; 90% of lots updated <48h after ritual (continuous improvement).

• Monthly rolling forecast deployed by the 15th of each month; landing variance maintained within a target of ±3% by 03/31/2026, systematic alert thresholds and corrective action plans.

• Functional scoping of "Hardline On-Time/On-Budget" reporting: definition of KPIs and Steering Committee/Project Committee views, implementation of MS Project/Jira exports and consolidated manual tracking; BI implementation not yet engaged.

• Multi-disciplinary PAQ v2 and PMP v2025.10 in preparation (publication 11/15/2025); target for internal audit end of November with 0 major NCR and <3 minor ones, all closed <30 days.

• Synchronization of multi-disciplinary cybersecurity needs before deployment: collection and alignment of specifications, progressive integration into Hardline gates; traceability of critical requirements formalized in the PAQ.

• Risk/opportunity register updated weekly; response plans defined and monitored in Steering Committee, with regular measurement of exposure (P×C).

• Target decision-making lead time <10 working days for critical trade-offs.

Target indicators: Milestones met ≥95% in Q4-2025, ≥97% in Q1-2026. 70% of WPLs autonomous on planning.

• Strict adherence to contractual service commitments and the implementation of necessary resources to honor them.

• Leadership and coordination of operational teams to ensure optimal service level in accordance with contract terms.

• Supervision of interactions with other support departments for smooth collaboration.

• Proactive management of the financial aspects of contracts.

• Definition of key performance indicators.

• Rigorous analysis of indicator results, ad hoc action plans.

• Effective incident management to minimize customer disruptions.

• Proposal of improvement initiatives to ensure consistent service quality and anticipate future needs.

• Regular and transparent presentation of reports to Management and clients (Synchronization Meetings, Service Reviews, Management Committees, Board Meetings).
