A fast-growing Monegasque cloud provider driven by a government initiative, Extended Monaco, aimed at modernizing and digitizing the entire principality. I took over the technical direction of the company in a context where almost everything had to be built. During my tenure, I:

- Built the team (recruited 12 people)

- Built and realized the company's cloud strategy

- Oversaw technical direction

- Evangelized externally on cloud usage

- Ensured technical validation for all Cloud sales, advised on and deployed complex architectures, and served as the last level of escalation for support teams

- Implemented the company's business continuity plan

Following a reorganization to support company growth, I took over the management of the Cloud BU. This was a cross-functional role involving technical, managerial, sales, marketing, and customer relations aspects. I was responsible for all products in the cloud portfolio (50% of turnover) as well as expertise requests or last-level support for over 1,000 clients. During these years, I:
