My role is to define the vision, develop the service offering, and manage operational activities.

On a transition mission for VINCI Autoroutes, I led a large-scale cybersecurity transformation.

My role was to lay the foundation for a strategic vision, structure the scope of activity, and industrialize processes.

I recruited and trained talent, supported the upskilling of teams, and implemented a cyber dashboard for senior management.

This mission required operational management skills, a strong capacity for structuring, and the ability to mobilize stakeholders around common objectives.

Beyond technical expertise, I worked to integrate cybersecurity into the company's overall strategy, as an issue of trust and business continuity.
