I joined the Content team to design, deploy, and maintain the cloud infrastructure, applying DevOps principles and tools. The team consisted of 30 people: 5 DevOps, 20 developers, and 5 PM/PO for the technical aspects.

My mission involved supporting the "emissions" team in implementing DevOps practices, developing tools, and automating processes. As a DevOps engineer, my responsibilities included:

- Implementing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to optimize development and deployment processes.

- Administering and managing ECS clusters.

- Dockerizing all applications for the "emissions" team.

- Automating security tests on containers.

- Setting up and managing Ansible jobs with regular updates to automate configuration and system management tasks.

- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Terraform code and modules (IaC).

- Implementing a monitoring solution with Datadog.

- Writing various Bash scripts for Linux administration.

- Automating AWS Lambda deployments.

- Deploying a Kafka cluster (MSK) and its monitoring.

- Initiating the migration of some applications to EKS.

Canal+ is a media company offering premium, personalized streaming content accessible anywhere. The company has over 26 million subscribers worldwide, including nearly 9.8 million in France, and employs 9,000 people.

I joined the SVOD platform's metadata management team to design, deploy, and maintain the cloud infrastructure, applying DevOps principles and tools. The team consisted of 50 people: 5 DevOps, 25 developers, and 5 PM/PO for the technical aspects.

The mission's objective was to support the teams in implementing DevOps practices, developing DevOps tools, and automating processes, particularly blue-green deployments. As a DevOps engineer, my responsibilities included:

- Implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitLab to optimize development and deployment processes.

- Administering and managing Kubernetes clusters on EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).

- Creating and maintaining Helm charts for complex applications on Kubernetes, enabling consistent management and automated service deployment.

- Setting up and managing Ansible jobs with regular updates to automate configuration and system management tasks.

- Implementing complete deployment automation using Argo CD, allowing for continuous and automated deployments across multiple environments.

- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Terraform code and modules (IaC).

- Implementing a monitoring solution with Datadog.

- Writing various Bash scripts for Linux administration.

EverMaps is a startup in the communication sector, specializing in optimizing local visibility and traffic. The company has 30 employees and collaborates with several major clients, including Allianz, Société Générale, and Replay.

I joined the technical team to support the migration of their infrastructure to the AWS cloud and contribute to its optimization. The team consisted of 2 DevOps engineers, 4 developers, and 1 Product Manager (PM). During my mission, I worked closely with the developers to plan the migration of applications to the cloud and subsequently automate the infrastructure.

As a DevOps engineer, my responsibilities included:

- Migrating on-premise environments to the AWS cloud.

- Automating tests and deployments (CI/CD) via Codefresh and GitLab CI.

- Administering and managing Kubernetes clusters.

- Creating and maintaining various Helm charts.

- Developing and managing Ansible playbooks.

- Managing infrastructure with Terraform (IaC).

- Automating security tests on EKS clusters (notably with Trivy, AppArmor, etc.).

- Implementing infrastructure monitoring via Prometheus, Loki, and FluentBit, displayed on Grafana.
