After a successful initial assignment, Guillaume was entrusted with more complex tasks. After encountering some difficult points, Guillaume managed to find the causes/solutions by researching on his own and asking the right questions to the lead developer. Guillaume demonstrated his perseverance and his ability to extend his skills to subjects new to him. Good basic skills and strong motivation to learn.

Guillaume was very responsive in discussing the mission details and integrating into the Project. He accurately identified the questions to ask and knew how to solicit the necessary exchanges to move forward autonomously but with the right advice. First mission with relatively simple tasks that he completed quickly and with the expected quality level, cleanly integrating his code into the existing codebase. We will happily call on his services again.
