Guillaume Commandré

Guillaume has worked on various projects in international and multi-module SAP contexts. He has specifically undertaken missions of expertise in functional architecture and project management. He also has experience in business process, application, and technical architecture.

Guillaume has a strong ability to adapt to a rapidly and frequently changing technical and functional environment to ensure responsibilities concerning the secure coordination of SAP projects. His organizational talent, customer service orientation, and advice allow him to guarantee all projects on time, within scope, and within the initially established budget.

Guillaume practices an End-to-End architecture approach. He begins by defining the needs of business owners and analyzing the value of the existing architecture during the opportunity gathering phase. For each functional solution, he studies the processes to define the functional use cases in order to determine the target predictive data volumes, which allows him to define HANA architectures: HCI for low data volumes in transit or HCP for high volumes. He writes the Technical, Functional, and Security Architecture Dossiers (infrastructure sizing) during the blueprint phase. He provides a realization plan (tasks, workload, and milestones). He drafts a Business Case in two parts: project cost with its return on investment (ROI) and cost of maintaining operational condition (TCO) with linear infrastructure depreciation. All these deliverables are submitted to GO/NO GO before the realization phase. Finally, he writes the Exploitation Dossiers at the end of project realization, which become contractual with a managed service provider for TMA.
