Occasional external speaker as a professional to teach Object-Oriented Programming and its various concepts, SOLID principles, Clean Code, AI-assisted programming, version control with Git, test automation, UML modeling, application architectures, Design Patterns, and Agile project management.

Lead: Analysis and design of the architecture required for the implementation of integration needs in projects. Supervision of the technical team on a project to validate the proper implementation of the chosen architecture and its potential evolution. Establishment of a coherent and relevant schedule with prioritization of the steps to be taken. Definition of explicit tasks and validation of their understanding before execution by the relevant developers. Identification of internal and external training needs for team members. Technical training of team members. Conducting technical job interviews. Validation of the availability of technical prerequisites necessary for the start and/or delivery of each project phase. Writing and costing of project technical specifications.

Developer: Development of specified needs through high-quality code and in compliance with industry best practices and established procedures. Ensuring the sustainability of delivered applications, whether they are performant, maintainable, and capable of being monitored. Intervention in maintenance and technical support phases, modules, and add-ons sold by the company. Proactive communication on task progress to relevant parties. Main participation in the evolution of internal procedures and tools. Internal and external communication actions: workshops, blog, etc. Leading technical training sessions for clients. Ensuring technological watch.
