Senior Product Owner and Product Manager. I help companies transform an idea or a struggling product into something well-defined, specified, and delivered.

I handle the entire product lifecycle: discovery, gathering and defining requirements, writing functional specifications (user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria), building and prioritizing the backlog, managing Agile/Scrum delivery, and testing. I lead ceremonies, coordinate the tech team, and maintain the roadmap.

My differentiator: I am CTO and co-founder of an active company, and I've been coding for years. Therefore, I speak the same language as developers today, I evaluate technical feasibility with them, and I make informed trade-off decisions. For a client, this means fewer unrealistic specifications, less disconnected roadmaps, and a PO who isn't misled by the tech team. Building and operating my own product end-to-end has also trained me to focus on results: ROI, time to market, user impact.

Generative AI specialization. Master's in AI from Jönköping University and Epitech Paris. I have defined and delivered LLM, RAG, and LangChain modules in production, and more recently AI agents — demand for which has exploded (x60 in one year on Malt). I've been leading myIKKI for 3 years, working with private and public clients (B2G, public sector), which has taught me to navigate long decision cycles, strict GDPR requirements, and public procurement.
