My background

Ten years in finance and consulting. Seven years as Senior Manager in a firm managing critical transformation programs (up to €1M+/year), with teams spread across several countries. Before: corporate banking – financing, structuring, advising leaders.

I structure operations and I manage the finance column: financing, cash flow, banking relations.

How I work

Diagnosis and immersion in the first week · restitution with a prioritized plan · implementation with your teams, not in their place. I get to the bottom of things, I say what's wrong, and I stay until it works.
