During our collaboration, I scaled the text chat and video streaming (CDN) infrastructure from 1 to 23 million active users per month. Significant effort was put into cost optimization, reducing expenses by 60% between the beginning and the end of my mission. I also managed the transition of the video player from Flash to HTML5 with HLS support.
