My role goes beyond development: I start with the need, identify friction points, propose the most relevant solutions, and then implement them with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

I primarily engage in recurring support, often one day a week, to help my clients grow their business without the overhead of an agency. This can include TMA (Third-Party Maintenance) management, custom development, progressive redesigns, integration of new services, or continuous improvement of an existing PrestaShop store.

My background allows me to bring a rare, comprehensive vision: originally a developer, then a Scrum Master, and now data-oriented, I combine technical expertise, requirements gathering, prioritization, and an understanding of e-commerce challenges. I am accustomed to taking full ownership of projects: needs, solutions, costing, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

What my clients particularly appreciate is my solution-oriented approach. I don't sell development for the sake of development: I first look for the simplest, most useful, and most profitable solution for the project. And if the best solution requires neither heavy development nor unnecessary intervention, I say so.
