I am an expert in implementing and maintaining integrations such as PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and PICOF (Payroll Interface Common Output File), thus ensuring the proper transmission of HR data to third-party systems (payroll, time management, etc.).

As an HRIS RUN Project Manager at Cultura, I was responsible for the management and maintenance of various HR applications. My primary role involved analyzing business needs, writing technical specifications, and overseeing projects using tools such as Confluence and Jira.

I also managed proactive ticket handling, monitored schedules, and ensured HR processes complied with GDPR regulations. On the technical side, I used SQL Server Management Studio for database management, created reports on Workday, and collaborated with various tools like Talend, MongoDB, and the VTOM scheduler.
