    The strategy
    Intensification of SEO efforts with the creation of a content production process involving 2 web writers and 1 integrator.
    Implementation of SEO technical monitoring and improvements.
    Scaling of the SEA budget to cover 100% of relevant keywords in the first position (A/B testing of campaigns, keyword cleaning, and ad improvements...).

    **Method**: A battery of rapid iteration Growth hypothesis tests (Test&Learn) to identify value proposition/Audience/Channel alignment that leads to profitable acquisition.



    **Results**: 350 Marketing Qualified Leads, +€150k in revenue. Based on the mission results (Marketing projection with CAC), a €4 million funding round was finalized.

    After a Series A and the recruitment of a CMO, Fraîche Cancan is looking to scale its acquisition by adding new acquisition channels.

    The strategy
    Following an audit of advertising platforms and Analytics. I execute a series of Growth hypotheses to identify growth levers, focusing on acquisition.
    I create landing pages and creatives to test message X audience X channel combinations.
    Implementation of an Outbound machine with a multi-channel LinkedIn & Email sequence targeting HR & Office Managers.

    The results
    250 MQL and 100 SQL across the entire strategy with a 12% response rate on the Outbound sequence.
