Guilherme Gualberto Dos Anjos

Brazilian attorney (OAB/PR 69.004) with 15 years of experience in Intellectual and Industrial Property, Corporate Law, and Tax Law. WIPO-certified specialist in Industrial Property, with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from IBET and an MBA in Tax Accounting from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).

After building his career at mid- and large-sized tax law firms, he founded his own practice in 2017, focused on businesses that depend on intangible assets to grow — trademarks, patents, industrial designs, and software.

He represents companies before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI), handling everything from feasibility studies and prior-art searches to full prosecution and opposition proceedings. On the transactional side, he drafts and reviews corporate, licensing, and technology agreements in clear, jargon-free language, and advises on corporate structuring and tax planning for businesses entering or operating in Brazil.
