Her communication was too medical, too technical, and ended up losing her readers. The challenge was to simplify her message, break down the psychological barriers related to restrictive diets, and establish an atmosphere of absolute trust.My strategy: Humanize to convince better.I reworked her entire communication to shift from a "cold expert" tone to that of a "trusted ally":1. Brand Storytelling Overhaul:I wrote the company's manifesto. The central idea: "The end of guilt." Using emotional copywriting codes, I put words to her audience's daily struggles (mealtime stress, yo-yo effect, fatigue). The goal was for every reader to think: "Finally, someone who truly understands me."2. Creation of a "Welcome" Email Sequence:I wrote a series of 7 emails sent automatically after subscribing to her free guide.No complex software needed: I provided the texts ready to be copy-pasted.Each email deconstructs a myth (e.g., "Why fat isn't your enemy") to demonstrate the dietitian's expertise while providing value.3. Writing Scripts for Social Media:To boost her visibility, I wrote short scripts for videos (Reels). The trick: strong hooks ("3 mistakes you make at breakfast") followed by a simple solution, to encourage people to click the link in bio.Thanks to this change in tone, the community became much more active.The email response rate tripled, and the coaching program was fully booked in just two weeks after the launch of the new editorial line.
