After 20 years of employment, I created a startup that I led for 5 years.

The company was called DEWAN Développement - We were a Qualiopi certified training organization specializing in the development of behavioral skills and cognitive sciences. Our recognized JEI research project focused on the acquisition of sustainable behavioral skills in the workplace.

Despite very good years, the complexity of innovation constraints in the field of soft sciences took its toll on my motivation.

I closed the company in September 2024 and now wish to dedicate myself entirely to training managers, teams, and organizations, and to leverage my entrepreneurial experience for companies.

My experience as a business owner allowed me to manage a team of 6 people and 30 freelance coaches.

I continue to work with methods based on collective intelligence and cognitive learning.

I have organized and/or trained audiences including business leaders, bank executives, WEB developers, building superintendents, and more on the following topics: HR innovation, conflict management, behavioral skills development, organization of collective performance, and individual intrinsic motivations.

I have managed change for VSEs/SMEs.

At the beginning of my professional career, I was a social mediator in priority urban areas, then a Social Development Officer for the entire Ille et Vilaine region. I developed social cohesion projects in QPVs, managed group conflicts, led practice analysis meetings for employees, conducted territorial audits, managed the mental health network in the Brocéliande region within the framework of 300 supported housing units, and participated in working groups on psychological fragility and housing in the city of Rennes for 20 years.
