Guillaume Santial

Trained at Philippe Apeloig, Guillaume Santial acquired the rigor of collective work on large-scale institutional projects. He continued as an independent before joining the Strasbourg-based studio ramel·luzoir, where he deepened his character design skills alongside Francis Ramel while collaborating with numerous players in the French cultural scene.

Art director and type designer based in Paris, he develops a practice that blends technical precision and sensitivity to movement, inherited from a fascination with typography and animation since adolescence. His masterful compositions combine formal constraints and creative freedom, whether in visual identity, editorial design, or custom typographic creation.

He is the author of the dclt, écrou, and Mœve fonts, and co-founder of the Hénagone studio, dedicated to art direction and type design.
