Apprenticeship at STMicroelectronics, in the reliability and aging department of Semiconductors in new Silicon technologies. The project is to propose a solution for rapid measurement uncertainty analysis with a hardware and software component to extract and process measurement uncertainty data. Initially, the goal was to understand these uncertainties and physically explain the reasons for them. After understanding the uncertainties and their sources, the project was to propose a fast and effective solution for controlling the uncertainty of measurement equipment.
