Company support for employees with disabilities (TH). Facilitation of co-development sessions for disability referents. Facilitation of co-development sessions between employees with disabilities on various topics of socialization and professionalization within the company (Internal & External). Individual support for line managers. Facilitation of co-development sessions between peer managers on various topics related to management and disability (Internal & External).

- Study of the company's technical positioning (technologies used, qualification of the technological environment, etc.). Project: Reduction of technical debt.

- Work in interface with the sales & marketing department to understand evolving customer needs and transform them into technical orientations. Projects: GDPR, ISO 27001, Data Center, packaged GED Workflow solutions, CHATBOT.

- Management and organization of the company's various technical departments (Hotline, Network, Development, Methods, Project Consultants, R&D Department - 35 People). Project: Reorganization and pooling of technical resources.

- Participation in tender response phases and occasional intervention with the client during the offer presentation phase on a technical level.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES: ✔Rigorously ensure the organization, management, and leadership of the EA teams in collaboration with the HR department (150 people - On-site & Off-site). ✔Ensure the quality of support and assistance provided to workers with disabilities. Implement regulations regarding occupational health and safety. ✔Lead and implement the development project of the Adapted Company, in compliance with the associative project. ✔Optimize the performance of production tools, guarantee the quality of services and the operating result (Revenue €4.5M - 80 services – Major Accounts in Transport / Aerospace / Banking / Insurance). ✔Develop the commercial policy, activities, partnerships, and be proactive in promoting new projects and improving the quality approach (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18000 / ISO 26000). ✔Develop external relations and our links with institutional partners. Participate in defining the structure's strategic directions and the policy for evolving operational and production resources.
