● Negotiate and secure key IP agreements, ensuring €10sM+ annually in co-development with the legal and partnership departments, enabling strategic partnerships and protecting the company's innovation pipeline.

Registered on the list of accredited interveners of the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) for a 5-year term starting January 1, 2026.

Roles (by designation):

● Arbitrator (arbitration tribunal member) in patent/technology-related disputes.

● Expert: expert determination / independent expertise on specific technical or techno-economic issues (e.g., technical analysis, valuation, royalties, etc.).

Associated commitments: continuous training, occasional participation in the Centre's information/outreach activities (according to PMAC guidelines).

Lead StateOfArt with a focus on providing strategic intellectual property insights, enabling clients to align innovation with market trends and secure competitive advantages.

● Develop and implement tailored intellectual property strategies for clients, enhancing their ability to leverage market opportunities and protect innovations.

● Provide expertise in technical and market state-of-the-art analysis, utilizing patent intelligence to inform business decisions and R&D directions.

● Build and manage a client-focused team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, data-driven insights and strategic deliverables.

● Design and implement intellectual property training programs to educate clients on best practices, fostering their internal capabilities and raising awareness of the business value of intellectual property.
