Grégory Pilod

I have 22 years of experience in consulting, across different facets of consulting. I started as a financial auditor (at PWC), focusing on financial analysis skills. Then, I spent 3 years in regulatory strategy (business modeling and economic argumentation). From 2009 onwards, I worked in strategy consulting at PMP Strategy, which I left in 2022.

During these 13 years, I participated in the growth from 20 to 150 consultants in Paris, primarily in the TMT sector but also in utilities. The main topics included strategic frameworks, market studies, diversification, digitalization of commercial functions, distribution, intervention, PMI, and carve-outs. With the rise of AI, I then specialized in data/AI and IT subjects by joining Capgemini Invent as the TMT sector lead.

I therefore joined and worked for 3 years as Vice President at Capgemini Invent, where I worked on AI strategic roadmaps (defining north stars, implementing use cases, business plans, prioritization, partner/editor relations...) and data/data product redesign projects.

I doubled the TMT revenue between 2023 and the end of 2025. In parallel with these experiences, I graduated from Telecom Paris in 2003 and hold a DEA in Industrial Economics from Paris Dauphine University.

I am accustomed to positioning myself as a Comex partner to facilitate cross-functional projects, whether they deal with digitalization, operational optimization (automation, AI), or diversification. I am convinced that in addition to these skills, it is by establishing a trusting and strong human relationship with clients that the most value can be delivered.
