Responsible for the commercial development in France of the Pilotfish solution (telematics, ground-to-vehicle communication gateway, eco-driving, telediagnostics, IoT, SaaS): definition of the commercial strategy, support for calls for tenders, contract negotiation.

Key Account Manager

Consulting, support and project management assistance for the design and deployment of digital services in the mobility sector (public transport operators, local authorities). Turnover generated: €100k / year.

Example of missions:

• Commercial manager France for Pilotfish. Prospecting, responding to calls for tenders, Key Account Management.

-> Result: growth on the French market from 50 to 600 vehicles in service (today 3rd largest Pilotfish customer in volume)

• Assistance on responses to calls for tenders on concessions for embedded IT. Structuring of the offer on behalf of the operator, coordination with industrial partners (5 manufacturers, ticketing, SAE, IV, etc.). Costing of the solution (€3 to 5M) and preparation of the schedule. Participation in negotiations with the organizing authority.

• Response to private and public calls for tenders with a partner firm (€50k - €800k)

Efficacity is a research and development center dedicated to the energy transition of urban areas. Launched in 2014, it brings together on the same site the skills of more than 100 researchers from industry and public research in a logic of close collaboration between all the actors.

Efficacity develops innovative solutions allowing urban actors to act more effectively at each stage of a sustainable urban development project, from carrying out a territorial diagnosis to monitoring the performance of the territory, through the design and evaluation of projects on a technical and economic level.

Within Efficacity, I was able to work both on the study of incentive mechanisms (data collection, nudge concepts) and on the study of business models around energy efficiency projects.
