Coyote Application: Acted as Product Owner, responsible for the evolution of the Coyote iOS and Android application (GPS navigation & alerting) as well as the navigation device and maintaining the quality of the product service, in collaboration with the Product Manager to improve user experience based on customer expectations and company business objectives.

• Implement the product vision in close collaboration with the Product Manager for the short and medium term: product lifecycle planning, roadmap definition, and prioritization of product features to be developed based on their value.

• Design and specify new features based on expressed needs and user feedback.

• Participate in the UX/UI phase of product/marketing team needs with the designer.

• Work in Agile mode (Scrum) and respect the various ceremonies.

• Define product content (backlog).

• Write user stories, product documents, and present them to the relevant teams.

• Impact analysis, estimation, and planning of evolution requests in coordination with technical teams.

• Prioritize features.

• Build sprints.

• Organize planning workshops and meetings.

• Lead daily meetings, user story estimation sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage the team (developers/QA testers) and monitor the progress of developments and product qualification.

• Monitor project quality, budget, and schedule.

• Ensure the planning of application releases on the stores, following the Go decision made by the Product Manager.

• Implement and monitor technical performance KPIs.

• Guarantee the quality of deliveries and secure the defined schedule.

• Ensure communication of deployments.

Establishment of a new fun and unusual eco-friendly activity aimed at discovering or rediscovering some of Guadeloupe's most beautiful sites aboard an "uncommon" bicycle with 10 pedals and 4 passenger seats, combining conviviality, good atmosphere, team spirit, and sport.

• Company creation and obtaining authorizations.

• Business development (business plan writing, offer construction, partnership meetings, marketing and communication management).

• Inventory management (drinks, merchandise, etc.).

CONTENT API Project: Agile creation (BUILD) of a REST API for consuming descriptive hotel data from Accor Hotels Digital Services, from study completion to production launch, followed by iterative product monitoring and evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a shared product vision: plan the product lifecycle, define the roadmap, and prioritize product features to be developed based on their value.

• Define product content (backlog).

• Monitor project quality, budget, and schedule.

• Define the environments to be set up: integration, delivery, UAT, production.

• Create the regression baseline.

• Ensure product performance (monitoring and coordination), performance testing.

• Implement and deploy the Agile organization.

• Lead steering committees, project committees, architecture workshops, functional workshops, regular reporting, progress reports, risk identification.

• Coordinate outsourced integration, development (by a service provider), and testing (by another service provider) teams: functional, production (infrastructure and L2/L3 support), performance, architecture, and subsystems used by the product.
