This activity is a continuation of over 17 years of experience in human resources, management, and talent development. It allows me today to undertake HR consulting, evaluation, management support, and career structuring missions with an approach that is both human and directly operational.

I led the company's development strategy by defining growth, positioning, and visibility axes. I also developed strategic partnerships, supervised communication and marketing activities, and identified new market opportunities to support the business and enhance the company's reputation.

In parallel, I coordinated several cross-functional projects and analyzed the company's performance to guide decisions and improve the effectiveness of actions taken. This experience now brings value to consulting missions in organization, business development, message structuring, and impact project management.

I managed teams in a highly demanding retail environment, focusing on performance evaluation, skills development, and employee support. I implemented development plans, internal communication tools, and mentoring programs to enhance team autonomy, engagement, and progress.
