Avis Budget is a company that manages and rents cars to individuals and professionals. My team and I are responsible for organizing the customer journey with the vehicles in the airport fleet. From direct rental (walk-ins) to app orders, to vehicle returns in our parking lot (P3 -3 Rental Car), including managing customer objections, proposing added value (insurance, options, and other specific needs), and other actions integrated into our process.
