As Lead Developer of Hektor’s software division at La Boîte Immo, I drive a team of 10+ engineers in modernizing a legacy platform used by thousands of real estate agencies.

My responsibilities span architecting new software verticals (such as CRM capabilities), building microservices handling millions of requests, integrating custom AI solutions (LLM + RAG) to streamline user workflows, while dealing with business priorities, and production outages. I also oversee DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ensure a productive developer experience—whether by improving in-house frameworks, conducting technical workshops, improving the codebase or driving consistent coding standards.

Also, we’re orchestrating a major revamp of the software to enhance maintainability and performance. I oversee technical decisions and mentor the team, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and product owners for a smooth transition.

Our technology stack ranges from PHP 7/8 to React, TypeScript monorepo, Tailwind, GraphQL, Docker, Python (LangChain), Redis, and much more.

As a freelancer, I deliver end-to-end digital solutions for a wide range of clients, covering everything from initial concept to scalable deployment. I oversee the full project lifecycle—from server provisioning to DevOps maintenance and CI/CD-driven releases. My modern stack relies on PHP 8, Laravel, React, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript, ensuring strong front-end and back-end synergy. Code integrity is upheld with unit tests, PHP CS Fixer, ESLint, and Prettier, maintaining a high standard of quality and durability.

After completing my work-study program, I joined D.F.T. as a Web Developer, overseeing projects from initial concept to deployment. I designed and built custom showcase websites and e-commerce platforms using PHP, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. In addition, I developed business-focused web applications and secure client portals via a custom in-house PHP MVC framework, optimized UX/UI and SEO, and handled IT maintenance. I also took part in electronic board design and embedded development, for IoT solutions.
