For 2 years at D2C Gironde, I supported about ten managers from various sectors in structuring their organization. My role was to conduct collaborative HR diagnostics, designed to align and engage all stakeholders, from management to operational teams, including middle management. Together, we co-built nearly 20 internal processes adapted to on-the-ground realities to clarify roles and optimize daily operations. In parallel, I led about twenty inter-company thematic workshops, fostering the sharing of best practices and the emergence of concrete solutions.

For 12 years, I have supported companies and professionals in their digital transition, with a strong specialization in skills transfer. My role was to interact directly with managers and teams to analyze their needs and propose suitable solutions. In total, I created over a hundred educational content pieces (tools, workshops, methods) and designed several complete programs representing more than 2000 training modules. In the field, I led nearly 150 training sessions, both in-person and remote, to help employees confidently adopt their new tools.
