Position of Symfony tech lead & project manager for the development department of a software company for geomatics (GIS).

Symfony / PHP freelance developer, I supported DLCOMPARE, a leading online video game price comparator, for over 4 months in the evolution of its quests and rewards features, a gamification system at the heart of engaging and retaining its community of players.

Within a high-traffic platform and a mature Symfony codebase, my role was to design, develop, and evolve these mechanics while adhering to quality standards and the constraints of a production environment.

What I contributed:

- Design and development of new quest and reward features (business logic, points system, loyalty mechanics).

- Evolution and maintenance of an existing Symfony project, with clean, structured, and maintainable code.

- Data modeling and integration with the platform's existing services (Doctrine ORM, MySQL, API).

- Collaboration with technical and product teams using agile methodology.

Objective of these developments: strengthen user engagement, improve retention, and enrich the platform's community experience.

I support healthcare institutions in preparing and securing the digital aspect of HAS certification, as part of the 6th certification cycle.

Objective: secure the scoring on mandatory and standard digital criteria, validate the evidence required during the expert visitor's inspection, and equip teams to sustain the approach beyond certification.

Main missions

- Management of support projects for HAS V2025 certification, digital component (focus on chapter 3, links with chapters 1 and 2)

- Conducting mock audits replicating the HAS methodology

- Digital maturity assessment criterion by criterion and reasoned feedback to Management, CIO/CISO, Quality Assurance Manager, and digital referents

- Development and monitoring of prioritized action plans on mandatory and standard criteria: mapping of DMN, INS, identity verification, MSS, DMP, secure exchanges, information system access management

- Facilitating training and awareness sessions for healthcare professionals, identity verification referents, quality teams, and IT teams

- Preparation and validation of deliverables/evidence required on the Calista platform and on the day of the visit (procedures, updated mappings, indicators, meeting minutes)

- Regulatory and doctrinal watch: HAS evolutions, SUN-ES / Ségur numérique program, digital health doctrine (ANS), PGSSI-S, health GDPR, HDS, NIS2

- Change management and coaching of digital referents on the adoption of foundational services, DMN, and supervised uses of AI in healthcare
