Designer: Responsible for product design, my role is to create products that meet user expectations and needs.

Researcher: Meet users to understand their needs and expectations. Test prototypes to identify bad ideas as early as possible... and good ones too!

Facilitator: Guide team members through various tasks and activities to achieve business goals and define next steps.

Agile Process: Involve users early and often. Learn from them and iterate.


Empathy: It is important to understand your users together as a team. This ultimately brings benefits to the product at all levels.

Define: Take the time to clearly understand and define your users' problems. Allow the team to develop their skills and give them time to fully understand the problem.

Ideation: Good ideas can come from anyone. Waiting for a team member to create the best idea will take time and be biased by their experience.

Prototype: Fake it till you make it. Spend the minimum amount of time creating something as close to reality as possible.

Test: You are looking for feedback on the idea, not on the final appearance of your design. Test it with real, representative users.

Delivery: Collaborate with all team members to facilitate the integration of our designs.
