As an experienced BI Developer, Data Analyst, and AI Professional with over 15 years of professional experience, I offer tailor-made solutions in the fields of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Artificial Intelligence for corporations, SMEs, and start-ups. I have industry experience in the areas of Health & Wellness (including Alloheim Residenzen SE), Banking & Insurance (including Lowell Financial Services GmbH), and E-Commerce (GoTec Service GmbH). My greatest successes include the self-initiated introduction of ChatGPT Team Business and the development of a Custom GPT model for BI consulting, training controlling teams on AI usage, and the creation of "State of the Art" dashboards for HR, procurement, and quality management, including SAP data integration, audit reports, and process automation. My ability to consolidate complex BI landscapes and to build and manage self-service and reporting platforms is particularly valued.

Technologically, I have extensive knowledge in Qlik Sense, Qlik NPrinting, VBA, SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL, Dashboard & Report Development, and Business Intelligence according to international standards (IBCS). The continuous optimization of existing systems, data visualization, and the definition, measurement, and monitoring of KPIs are just as much a part of my portfolio as the innovative use of AI and automation tools for sustainable productivity increases.
