• • Led development of the MARKSMAN 1 gaming mouse, delivering a cost-optimized, ergonomic product with 12,000 DPI performance and reaching 1,000 units/month production volume

• • Stabilized embedded platforms across SAMD21, STM32H725, and ESP32 by resolving hardware signal integrity, RTOS, networking, and storage failures, eliminating system freezes and boot failures in production.

• • Designed and brought up 10+ custom PCBs (ESP32, STM32) including monitoring, energy, NFC, SDR, and LTE-enabled devices, all validated for production

• • Resolved technically challenging SD-card SPI initialization failures on Cortex-M0 systems by fixing hardware and firmware sequencing issues, eliminating intermittent mount failures

• • Fixed power integrity and thermal issues on charge-control boards, restoring stable 5 V / 1 A output and preventing component overheating

• • Implemented FreeRTOS-based firmware with reliable Ethernet, storage, and peripheral bring-up (LwIP, LittleFS, SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB), enabling continuous 24/7 operation

• • Built real-time signal processing and audio systems (ESP-IDF, ESP-ADF, LVGL) used in consumer devices with sub-millisecond latency requirements

• • Delivered battery-powered, LTE-connected asset tracking devices, improving field reliability and enabling remote fleet monitoring and OTA updates

Led embedded system development spanning sensors, DSP, firmware, and hardware acceleration from research to production.

• • Optimized biometric identification algorithms for embedded systems using deep learning, achieving a 50% performance gain and driving large-scale commercial adoption.

• • Enhanced multi-spectrum fingerprint sensor performance using DTCWT image processing on ADSP-BF532, later ported and accelerated on SAM9G35 with 4x speed improvement.

• • Developed a Windows-based Xerox printhead driver in C/C++ using KMDF.
