Gregoire Rouyer

As the manager of e-learning production and LMS administrator, I oversaw the design and launch of over 50 digital training modules and 25 video tutorials for internal tools. I am involved in the entire value chain, from instructional design to production and LMS integration. I also structured and automated training-related communications (notifications, reminders, learner tracking) to improve engagement and the effectiveness of deployed systems.

As an e-learning instructional design lead, I supervised the design and production of 30 e-learning modules and 17 educational videos as part of a customer relations training program. This mission involved educational scoping, production coordination, and deliverable quality monitoring. I also managed a team of 3 integrators and 5 instructional designers, ensuring workload distribution, methodological alignment, and deadline adherence, with the goal of delivering coherent, engaging, and operational content.

I work on multimodal training projects, handling the instructional design of e-learning modules and face-to-face sessions on various topics such as artificial intelligence, change management, and handling difficult situations. My role also includes content integration in Storyline, with a particular focus on the fluidity of the learner experience, as well as video capture and editing to produce clear, engaging, and operationally relevant educational materials for clients.
