Responsible for Haschill's entire information system, from daily infrastructure to custom business tool development.

Main responsibilities:

- Global IT management: management of the fleet, access, collaborative tools, and data security

- Integration and deployment of [Zoho CRM]: configuration of modules, custom fields, workflows, and automations

- Custom CRM development: scripts, custom functions, and connectors with internal tools

- CRM ↔ Banking systems interfacing: automation of payment flows, reconciliation, and accounting follow-up via [Zoho Books]

- Support and training for teams in tool adoption

Co-managed the development of Update You for 8 years, in both commercial and technical areas.

Commercial aspect:

- Building and structuring the offer, from prospecting to signing

- Developing the client portfolio and maintaining long-term relationships

- Quoting, project scoping, and profitability management

Technical aspect:

- Integration of the complete Zoho suite (CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Flow): configuration, automations, data migrations, and team training

- Integration of the Odoo / Zoho CRM suite for clients: deployment of business modules, data recovery, and interconnections with existing tools

- Development of custom connectors and functions to meet specific needs
