① Financial management of a network of 100 stores — profitability analysis, performance monitoring, and strategic recommendations for high-stakes operations: tenant-manager changes, business sales and acquisitions, openings, and expansions.

② Construction and challenge of business plans — development of the optimal economic model for each operation in conjunction with regional finance committees. Balancing group profitability and field viability.

③ Creation of an automated divestment Excel matrix — simultaneous analysis of 500 stores based on financial and operational criteria, automatically highlighting the 20 to 40 priority sites for divestment. This tool became the reference for portfolio decisions in the region.

④ Development and deployment of an overdue balance monitoring dashboard — the business unit had no reliable tool for this priority issue. I built an automated dashboard from scratch covering a portfolio of several tens of millions of euros, deployed to operational teams and then extended to all regions of France. Immediate adoption thanks to an interface designed for non-financial professionals.

• 3rd Rotation: Project management for the optimization of the general expenses billing process in Mondeville

• Lean workshop facilitation: Coordination of teams to identify and eliminate obstacles in the process from purchase request to invoice payment.

• Creation of Data Studio dashboards: Development of monitoring and reporting tools for more precise and efficient order tracking.

• 2nd Rotation: Group Financial Communication:

• Participation in the preparation of the press release, Q&A, and Q&A annex for the Group's Q1 and H1 2024 results

• Summaries of broker notes on competitors (Sainsbury's, Tesco, Ahold Delhaize…) for Group top management

• Automation of a file providing the most exhaustive possible view of the business for top management

• 1st Rotation: Carrefour Proximité France:

• Responsible for the preparation of performance reviews, management of the French proximity network, and communication of turnover to the group.

• Autonomous development of a complex and automated Excel file for the effective management of the proximity network. This tool is now the department's standard for network status.

• Responsible for monthly closings for the Pantin and Faubourg sites

• Inventory and various flow management

• Development of a personalized dashboard for each artisan using Power BI software. It is still used today at the Pantin, Faubourg, and Montereau sites.
