Lead the production of two major city events :

Cabaret Frappé Music Festival – 4 concerts/night over 5 nights, 40,000 total attendees; managed 50 technical, logistics, and security staff; coordinated 50+ partners and service providers.

Grenoble Christmas Market – 1 month, daily operation; 110 exhibitors; 500,000 total attendees; coordinated 50 partners and service providers.

Managed the Les Allées Chantent season: 80 free concerts in remarkable venues across Isère; responsible for production, stage management, and artist coordination.

Assisted the Artistic Director with programming and supported administrative tasks.

Oversaw the Messiaen Festival in the Pays de la Meije: organization, artist and audience management, supervised staff and volunteers, managed partner relationships and production budget.

Supported production of other agency events, including the Berlioz Festival.

Created and managed a cultural café in a small village in southern France.

Organized events and fundraising activities.
