YWE is a meal recommendation application that takes into account your tastes, your energy expenditure, and the healthiness of the dishes. The application communicates with a server where the recommendation algorithm is executed and where the data is stored.🌐 Communication between the two is done via a FastAPI API.🧑💻 Unit tests and automatic deployment with Ansible set up on the API's repository.📱 Application developed in Flutter.🏃 The application communicates with a smartwatch estimating energy expenditure via Bluetooth low energy.⚙️ The smartwatch is an ESP32 with an accelerometer and a screen.🔍 The recommendation algorithm and the nutritional concepts used in the program are based on multiple scientific papers and nutritionists.I was the project manager and managed 11 other people for the smooth running of the YWE project.
