- EFE -TEICAD DesignerMECHANICAL ENGINEERINGFebruary 2020 - December 2020 (10 months)Ivry-la-Bataille, FranceAt EFE, a manufacturer of high-precision sensors, I worked on the mechanical design of custom sensors for the aerospace, automotive, and other industrial sectors.Main tasks:Design and micro-design of mechanical parts for sensors.Detailed drawing creation for manufacturing, inspection, and assembly.Strict adherence to customer specifications for specific and customized sensors.Adaptation to the mechanical, thermal, and regulatory constraints specific to critical environments (aerospace, automotive).Close collaboration with the engineering department and production to ensure technical feasibility.This experience allowed me to develop expertise in precision, rigor, and custom design, with a high level of technical requirement.In parallel with my work at EFE, I participated in the design of complete test benches at TEI, intended for the industry.Main tasks:Creation of overall assembly drawings (mechanical and structural).Development of complete Bills of Materials (BOM).Design and integration of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.Preparation of technical files for manufacturing and assembly.Direct collaboration with technical teams to optimize the ergonomics, reliability, and safety of the benches.This experience provided me with a systemic and multidisciplinary vision, linking mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics within the same industrial project.
