In 1996, I applied for my DESS internship at Archimed, a company that was 2 years old and had 8 employees at the time.

I spent the next 28 years there pursuing my passion and my sense of service.

I tried to amaze clients, partners, my colleagues, and my management, just as I had amazed my siblings as a teenager by creating games for them. I think I succeeded.

The company also succeeded and grew significantly, a result of the camaraderie and the wholehearted commitment of its employees and leaders. It then structured itself into roles, professions, and specialties.

Although I held quite a few management positions, I always remained the 360° operational specialist, the one people came to for help and support, who could do anything because he had done everything, who was part of the furniture, and who was a good listener.

I eventually regretted the era when everyone did everything without worrying about their job description or objectives, prioritizing clients and service rendered, all for one and one for all.

For me, the greatest ambition is to wake up each morning feeling lucky and eager to do what I love with seriousness: putting IT at the service of clients and amazing them.

This is why I am now independent, determined to continue providing service by exercising passion, a sense of service, pragmatism, and professionalism.

And since we live in a changing world, I am also fortunate that there are always new things to discover and share, especially in the field of technology.
