As Head of Design, I ensure the consistency and quality of the user experience and visual identity throughout the project, while acting as an orchestra conductor to keep the creative vision coherent and effective from start to finish.

My role covers several dimensions:

Vision & Strategy

Define the design direction in line with business objectives and user needs.

Lay the foundations for the experience (design system, guidelines, navigation principles).

Ensure alignment between stakeholders (management, product, tech, marketing).

Research & Understanding

Analyze user needs

Study uses and trends to inspire design.

Translate insights into concrete design opportunities.

UX/UI Design

Structure information architecture and user journeys.

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interfaces

Ensure visual and functional consistency through a design system.

Collaboration & Management

Work hand in hand with developers to ensure feasibility and quality of integration.

Co-creation workshops with the project team and/or clients.

Supervise junior designers and interns and provide constructive feedback.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

Implement user testing to validate design choices.

Adjust the design based on field feedback and KPIs.

Evolve the product experience over time.
