I'm a technical author, policy researcher, and automotive specialist with 25 years of hands-on engineering experience. I work with organisations that need specialist knowledge turned into clear, credible, usable output — whether that's a textbook, a policy brief, a research report, or expert advisory input.
I co-authored the definitive textbook on Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, published by Taylor & Francis in 2025 after the original author handed the title over to us for a full rewrite. It has since been adopted by the United Nations for use in international autonomous vehicle regulation.
My background spans manufacturing engineering, digital transformation, vehicle systems, EV and high-voltage technology, regulatory affairs, and skills policy. I've delivered research through Warwick Manufacturing Group, presented at IET conferences, and published regularly with IMI MotorPro on ADAS, diagnostics, MOT reform, and EV systems.
