Grace Ndefo

At Elision, I help companies achieve their international e-commerce goals, using SAP Commerce Cloud integrated with multiple upstream and downstream channels (ERPs, PIMs, Emarsys, GTM). I also support rollout activities and organize trainings for operational teams around Europe.

As part of the Customer Experience team, I participated in SAP CX projects (SAP Commerce, Service and CDC) from the RFP phase to implementation as a Business Analyst.

As a part of the IT department, I helped Essity build an effective PIM system from scratch using SAP Hybris Product cockpit to feed multiple downstream channels like Internal Brand sites, Marketplaces or Content aggregating platforms.
