Within the Visa Acceptance Solutions department based in the United States, I am part of the Visa Secure team, responsible for aligning with 3D Secure protocol specifications, ensuring the reliability of online payments between banks, end-users (Visa cardholders), and merchants who choose Visa.

Within the internal tools team at Pictet Technologies, I contributed to technological innovations with over 200 engineers, using modern solutions such as AWS Lambda, Docker, and CI/CD workflows. My work focused on improving code quality using tools like SonarQube, optimizing code coverage, and adhering to industry best practices.

Key Projects:

• Code Quality Improvement: Participation in coding workshops led by Tech Leads, where we implemented SOLID principles and Software Craftsmanship practices, fostering a high-quality development culture.

• Key Internal Projects:

o Web Development and maintenance of the company intranet under WordPress and the official Pictet Technologies website, with a planned launch in late 2021, in collaboration with UI/UX design teams and management (CEO, HR Director, COO) to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

o Jira Reporting Tool: Creation of a reporting tool using the Jira Analytics API to extract KPIs and calculate metrics such as team velocity and sprint volatility. Utilization of mathematical principles to generate charts tracking sprint velocity and task changes, thereby enhancing transparency during Agile ceremonies.

o HR Platform: Design and development of a platform that facilitates employee evaluation and encourages feedback; celebrates anniversaries and promotes personal branding. This tool was a real success with rapid adoption by developers.

o CI/CD & DevOps: Optimization of delivery workflows with cutting-edge CI/CD tools.

As a member of the IT Regulatory department at Société Générale Private Banking, I contributed to the implementation of solutions compliant with the PSD2 directive, which came into effect in January 2018, aiming to stimulate innovation and improve transparency in payment services in Europe. My role involved developing backend and frontend solutions enabling banking agents to comply with regulatory requirements, while ensuring the consolidation of annual fee reports for clients.

Key Projects:

• PSD2 Compliance: Participation in the development of user interfaces for banking agents to access customer account details, ensuring transparency and compliance with PSD2 regulatory guidelines.

• Backend Development: Implementation of complex backend processes to consolidate billing and reporting histories through batch processing, integrating data from multiple sources.

• Regression Testing: Conducting regression testing studies to verify the accuracy of business rule calculations, ensuring the reliability and precision of reporting and billing functionalities.

• Monitoring Production Deployments: Learning and participating in monitoring production deployments in collaboration with support teams to identify and resolve issues.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Direct collaboration with product, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure solutions met European regulatory requirements while addressing internal user needs. Also, collaboration with Business Analysts.
