Executive responsibility for digital transformation, data, customer journeys and IT in AES, a regulated, customer-facing organisation of ~500 FTE in the ATP Group handling sensitive social and medical data (labour market insurance). Co-led the business as one of two executives, running the ~100 FTE development organisation (~100 features per quarterly Program Increment) across Denmark and Greece through 2 managers and 6 further leaders, with a budget of approx. DKK 100M and regular participation in board and senior forums. Owned customer journeys and stakeholder management.

Led a global IT and data organisation of ~40 FTE across four countries in a commercially driven shipping company, with a mandate to consolidate, simplify and professionalise IT and data. Reported to the CFO with a budget of approx. DKK 50M, accountable for cost efficiency, operational stability and technology as an enabler of business performance.

Held a series of senior roles over a decade in one of Denmark's largest pension and insurance companies, evolving from business development into digital delivery leadership and acting CIO responsibility across the full technology lifecycle (~250–300 FTE). Led the digital development unit of ~100 FTE across Denmark and Poland within a 30–40 team SAFe setup, through 3 agile leaders and 4 people managers, owning enterprise platforms, delivery and operations in a highly regulated, sensitive-data environment and developing the organisation toward T-shaped profiles.
