I founded and lead Foodlus, a SaaS ecosystem for the HORECA sector that now processes over **€500,000 and 50,000 orders per month**, with 100,000 active users. I built it from scratch: architecture, team, product, and infrastructure. That's what I bring to every project.

I have12 years of building systems in production— not prototypes, not demos: software that scales and generates real business. Before Foodlus, I worked as a consultant at Accenture (Capital Markets, Banco Santander in London and Madrid) and as an independent technical consultant for over 10 startups in fintech, e-commerce, and marketing automation.

Today I work with real applied AI: I have RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and LLM orchestration in production at Foodlus, with Claude API at its core. I don't talk about agents as a trend — I operate them daily in a system that cannot afford downtime.

Main stack: Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Laravel, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker. For automation: n8n in production.

Projects I'm interested in: AI systems architecture (RAG, agents, LLM), process automation with n8n, technical consulting for startups or scale-ups that need technical direction without hiring a full-time CTO, and architecture audits for teams that have grown rapidly and need to get their house in order.
