I am Gorka Azpíroz, a strategic consultant and founder of FreeDom Consulting. I support companies, institutions, and management teams during key moments: growth, reorganization, professionalization, internationalization, or the need for change. After a hybrid professional career—in the private sector and public administration—I bring a 360º vision that connects strategy, operational management, and real impact.

I enter projects with commitment, a cool head, and empathy, knowing when to lead and when to support.
