Scrum Master / Product Owner for the Device System team on the PPO (Betting Terminals and Operations) project using Safe methodology. Within a team of 5 SysOps and 1 QA. The Device System team is responsible for updating Linux OS and scripts for managing PMU betting terminals. The scripts manage peripherals and all external communications necessary for betting applications, supervision, and remote access.

As Scrum Master, my role included:

Facilitating Agile ceremonies: Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.

Facilitating team members' work by resolving issues, developing and documenting procedures and IT environments. Organizing knowledge transfer meetings, intervening in production incidents.

Planning, refining, distributing, and tracking the status of Story and Bug tickets, managing deliverables.

Participating in Safe PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums ceremonies.

As PO: assisting in developing and prioritizing Epics with various stakeholders on architecture, security, homologation, application, deployment, and manufacturer delivery aspects.

- Project management for internal applications: Sentinelle Groupe: tools for reporting incident logs for incivilities in social housing and CDC-Habitat group residences (Caisse des dépôts group). Mobile platform (tablets and smartphones): carrying out entry and exit inventory reports for residents, furniture inventory, equipment diagnostics, technical complaints, and assessment of cleaning contractor performance. Tasks performed: Development of specifications, functional and technical specifications, management of development teams, development of acceptance test sheets. development.

- Level 3 incident management.

- Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of applications. Tools used: Sciforma, Talend DI, PhpStorm, VTOM

Embedded in the IT department, realization and maintenance of IT projects related to Marketing for the following clients: Carrefour, FDJ, Natixis, Stade de France:

• Creation and updates of Java Web Services with REST and SOAP. (Carrefour)

• Creation and updates of Web forms and backoffice for subscriptions (Carrefour, FDJ)

• Creation of Marketing campaigns via Email and SMS Marketing (FDJ)

• Coordination of the activities of a team of designers and developers.
