Glenn Rolland

Entrepreneur, co-founder, and technical director, I have been supporting companies, public institutions, and humanitarian organizations for nearly twenty years in the design, security, and transformation of their digital systems.

I work at the interface between strategy, architecture, cybersecurity, compliance, and software quality, from needs and risk analysis to prototyping, industrialization, and production.

I have co-founded and managed several companies, built teams of up to 30 employees, and directly managed over 150 software platforms and repositories. My interventions cover embedded systems with less than 4 MB of flash memory, platforms exceeding 100 TB of data, and, in the context of consulting and audit missions, infrastructures on a scale of several petabytes.

My role is to transform business, regulatory, and organizational challenges into manageable, resilient, and measurable technological choices, while reducing security risks, complexity costs, and critical dependencies.

I primarily engage with executives, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and transformation managers facing critical architecture issues, technological debt, vendor dependency, compliance needs, or complex digital investment decisions.
