Scope of Services

I support your clients as an independent trusted advisor, making complex S/4HANA programs controllable, deliverable, and transparent for management. Focus: Governance, risk clarity, and fast, well-founded decisions at the C-level.

S/4HANA Program Assessment (10 days): Fact-based status assessment with governance review, risk analysis, and executive summary – ideal as a starting point before budget and timelines go off track.

Program Stabilization & Steering Enablement (4–8 weeks): Stabilization of critical programs – governance rebuild, clear supplier accountability, risk reduction for data/template/cutover, and executive dashboards for measurable improvements.

Ongoing Executive Advisory (Retainer): Support for CIO/CFO and program management – SteerCo participation, risk control reviews, decision proposals, and escalation support.

Standard Program Leadership: Program leadership mandates with a focus on structured steering, risk transparency, and supplier management.

Ad-hoc Workshops (1–2 days): Governance design, data migration risk session, or decision-making clinic for quick clarification and preparation of larger mandates.

Out of Scope

I am not an implementer, but deliberately purely advisory: no system configuration, no development, no testing or cutover execution, no classic PMO staffing. This keeps roles cleanly separated – implementation partners deliver, I ensure governance, risk transparency, and management control.
