I am a Generalist HR Director, strategic and operational.

I have worked in HR roles involving creation, structuring, and replacement in various sectors (public sector, agri-food, energy, electronics, automotive, services).

I have managed and overseen essential HR functions.

My project is to support and lead change in a growing or transforming company.

Change management has often been at the core of my daily work, especially when:

- I supported the transition of SNET from public to private for 1300 employees, then Endesa (Spanish Group) during the effective privatization and then Eon (German Group) during the acquisition of SNET (Redundancy plan, create and structure the HR function),

- I led Viapaq to transition from a large group HR dynamic to an SME HR dynamic requiring agility and proximity.

I will illustrate my 3 key skills:

- I created and implemented a Soft Skills evaluation and Development tool: a Behavioral Skills Framework for 170 Managers, integrated into all HR processes (Snet/Endesa France EonFrance);

- I initiated a Forward-Looking Management of Employment and Skills for all 800 Snet employees to promote mobility.

- Drafted, Negotiated, and signed about ten agreements essential for Viapaq's smooth operation (PREA Electoral Accord Protocol, Mandatory Annual Negotiations, Teamwork, Disconnection, Profit-sharing, Remote Work, Voluntary Departure Plan...).

My added value is to support companies in their Transformation, the development of teams and talents.

I want to continue in this direction for an SME / Large Group BU.
